I have been an athlete my entire life.
From team sports in my early years to figure competitions, CrossFit training, and obstacle course racing as an adult, strength and discipline have always been part of who I am.
Many of my figure competitions took place after I became a wife, mother of two, and full-time professional.
I understand firsthand what it requires to pursue physical excellence while balancing real responsibilities.
I spent years working under experienced coaches who guided my training and nutrition for figure competitions and local CrossFit events. That experience taught me the importance of structured programming, proper fueling, and accountability.
It also showed me what happens when your training, nutrition, and habits align - and how powerful that alignment truly is.
For many years, I trained with discipline and consistency. I pursued strength, performance, and physical results with focus and determination.
Like many athletes, I trained for measurable outcomes physique changes, performance milestones, and visible results that reflected progress.
Those goals required discipline, and they shaped much of who I am today.
But over time, I came to understand that discipline without deeper alignment can become unsustainable.
In 2022, a serious foot injury left me non-ambulatory for seven months. For the first time in my life, I was forced to stop completely.
That season reshaped my perspective.
My faith deepened, and my understanding of stewardship transformed.
Training was no longer about chasing outcomes alone. It became about honoring the body God entrusted to me, building strength with intention, and developing discipline rooted in stewardship.
This shift not only changed how I train it changed how I coach.
It led to the creation of the StrongHer Reset Method™, a process that helps women realign their training, nutrition, and habits so their strength is built on clarity, purpose, and stewardship.
Because when your training aligns with your purpose, your discipline and results become sustainable.
Training was no longer about chasing outcomes alone. It was no longer about how fast I could sprint, what my best mile time was, and how many double unders I could string. It became about honoring the body God entrusted to me, building strength with intention, and developing discipline rooted in stewardship.

I work with women who are ready to stop guessing and start following a clear path forward.
Women who are exercising but not seeing their body respond.
Women who are willing to implement structured strength and nutrition guidance.
Women who want their discipline to produce visible, meaningful results.
Women who are ready to steward their bodies with purpose.
Scripture teaches us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Stewardship is not about perfection it is about responsibility, discipline, and alignment.
Strength training and proper nutrition are not acts of vanity. They are acts of stewardship.
When your habits align with your purpose, your body responds.
My role is to guide women through that alignment so they can build strength, fuel their bodies correctly, and develop sustainable discipline rooted in clarity and intention.
